The 34th IEEE International Conference on MEMS (Micro Electro Mechanical Systems) will be held virtually on 25-29 January 2021. The IEEE MEMS Conference series has evolved into the most prestigious annual meeting reporting research results on every aspect of microsystems technology. The conference thrives on the rapid proliferation MEMS technology that largely stems from the commitment and success of the microsystems research community as well as a bustling industrial community.
Dr. Dinesh Pamunuwa, Elliott Worsey, Dr. Mukesh Kulsreshath and Qi Tang (UNIVBRIS) will be glad to attend this online conference, and present some features on the devices used in ZeroAMP, via an Open Poster and Flash Presentation entitled "Stiction-based non-volatile memory for harsh environments".
This project has received funding from the European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 871740 (ZeroAMP).
